2) maybe allow signups remotely?

3) do proxy services still risk their health?

4) what about early birds who have theor proxy bail on them. Refund?

1. Its still on, and signups will resume in June

2. Cant allow remote signups due to the Gaming Control Board and "Gambling" isnt federally legal
